We will build an individual custom spreadsheet for each of your water/sewer accounts. Each month when we receive the utility bill copies, we update the spreadsheet. A benefit of having us review your utility accounts is we will provide free monitoring whether savings are found or not.

We begin by entering necessary data from the actual bill copy into our spreadsheets. There is important data contained on the actual bill that may not be present on vendor printouts.

Engage with staff in creative brainstorming session to possibly identify additional savings.
Make written presentation of recommendations for water and sewer credits, refunds, rate enhancements, or other savings.
Implement client approved recommendations with the utility provider.
Monitor and follow up to ensure all savings are actually identified on the utility bill.
Monitor billings on a monthly basis to flag any changes or anomalies.
