How we approach solid waste and recycling audits:
Review the Current Waste Disposal/Recycling SystemsWe will need to study your current system In order to meet your needs both physically and financially. In order to effectively review your operations we must have current waste invoices for all areas of waste disposal/recycling and copies of the most recent contract with your waste disposal/recycling service provider.
Identifying SavingsBy applying our knowledge of the waste disposal industry including technology, transportation, disposal alternatives, and pricing, we can quickly locate areas for improvement.
RecommendationsRSG will develop the most cost-effective plan for your specific business needs. This plan will be submitted for your approval. This recommendation will also contain a report showing expected monthly and annual savings. RSG will not make any changes without your approval.
Implementation of RSG RecommendationsRSG will make all necessary changes presented in your recommendation. We will negotiate a new contract with the solid waste/recycling service provider, secure refunds for overcharges/improper fees, and personally oversee the implementation of any changes that are to take place. In the event RSG negotiates a new contract with a solid waste/recycling service provider on your behalf, rest assured that you will be protected from rate increases and unexpected monthly fees.
Providing Monthly Savings Report Each month RSG will continue to examine your invoices. You will then receive a monthly report indicating the amount saved due to our recommendations. We will also continue to monitor for rate changes and overcharges. If you are overcharged or receive a rate change that is not allowed under the terms of your RSG-negotiated contract, we will secure credits/refunds.
